Why is my HHH banner over the limit?

Da-Jen told me it was over the size limit but when I checked it was 235kb

The problem is, that the combined size of your minis is 140 KB, and so your signature has a total of 235 (HHH banner) + 140 (minis) = 375 KB (over the limit).

You may keep your HHH banner but you have to take away the minis, or keep only one (since a combined size of 235+21 = 256 KB can be tolerated, I believe).
