Drop Down question

well i wasent sure if this was a question for the graphic forum, but anyway how do u get a drop down. The thing ppl put who they respect in there, memebers of teams, etc. I didnt see anyplace u request to get one.

thanks SAP. i need 2 achally. One "md619's respect list" and the other "md619's players". And they both should have a black backround with gold/yellow text. I'm assuming i can add to it anytime. Thanks again
