Everything in Italian

I just downloaded the newest version of Safari web browser and everything shows up in Italian. I had the older version of it and this never happened. This is is real pest because every time I come here I have to refresh a couple of times for it to be in English. Anyone know how to fix it?

Edit: Also, when it finally gets to English, the time is 3 hours behind

Maybe you shouldn't use Safari...

i'm having a similar problem the forums are all in english but i can't edit my profile because everythings in a different language
