The problem is not the site (which is 100% in English) but the forum, which is hosted on an Italian site.

You'll find all the advice/information/instructions in the sticky topic named "How to put an avatar/banner in your signature" (or whatever it is called) at the top of the Q&A Section.

I also listed a site where you can translate the text in the "For Those Who Have Problems With The Italian Pages". It may not make sence but enouph where you know what it is saying.
