Nah, this isn't the right place. Go to WA FORUMS and then click on Rules, General Questions, FAQ. It tells you everything you need to know there.

You go to uploading sites such as photobucket, tinpic, or fapomatic (depends what kind of pictures your posting) and you upload the image. Then they give u a URL and you come back here and put it between the IMG tags that you'll find under the box that you type your message in (just above the smileys).
