Some concerns

Has there been any consideration of cutting down on some of the advertisements and popups? I know it helps keep the site running, but sometimes it just becomes too much. On ocassion I will come here and experience an ad covering a page in which closing that causes a popup. Or the page will just redirect and sometimes crash my browser. Any thoughts on this?

I don't come on here very often but I have to say I completely agree with these comments. There's no need for the amount of stuff that pops up. Right now three pop ups just appeared.

Forum is dead, nobody cares and the advertisements is what keeps the forum running i.e. costs.
