Why are all the word in Spanish when i try an change my profile?(may be the wrong place)

This may be the wrong place to post, but i didn't know where else to. I want to put in a avatar and signature, but all the words are in spanish and i don't now what the hell to do.

It's in ITALIAN because the whole FFZ is Italian. And yes this is the wrong place.
