celeb forum description.

it says post celeb pics and VIDEOS in that forum, yet when people post celeb videos in there they the thread is closed and they are warned. they are not doing anything wrong.

my guess on it is that the discription was put up when the celeb forum was created and since then the rules have changed.
and back then i dont think there was a video forum,so thats pretty much why it says that in the description

basically all you need to know is that you post all videos in the vid forum,and not anywhere else
