how do i get a picture in my id box?

i'm kinda new here and i have been wondering how i get those pictures and stuff next to my id.

Click on your username. It takes you to the Freeforum site where the site is hosted. Log on, it's on the upper right to log in. Then look again at the top, find Porfilo (profile) and click on it. You need to host a pic somewhere www.imageshack.us is a good choice. Host it and put the address bar in the place the blank place that says Avatar and go at the bottom of page and click Conferm.
