Banner problems

I have a banner and i don't kno how to put it up for my posts and stuff.

Help needed

real easy upload it on tinypic.com nd when u upload it scrool down they put u html [IMG] and link copy the img one for example [IMG] i3.tinypic.com/w72c.jpg [/IMG] (but without spaces between the words)
go to ur prfile (when ur logged in) theres a place where there says profile click on it in the bottom there is a place tht says firma thts for banners paste the [img] and click modifica real simple
